American Midwest Bank FAQ's

  1. Will the bank name change?

    Yes. Our new name will be American Midwest Bank to reflect our new locations and growth strategy.
  2. Where will you have branches?

    Antioch, DeKalb, Gurnee, Schaumburg, and two in Sycamore, Illinois.
  3. When will all of this happen?

    Friday, November 18, 2011. Please be patient with us over the next several weeks as we grow.
  4. Will the bank management and employees stay the same?

    Yes. The same great people will still be here for you.
  5. Will you still have the same lobby and drive-up hours?

    Yes. The lobby and drive-up hours will remain the same.
  6. Can I still use my ATM, debit or credit card?

    Yes. You can still use the same ATM Card and PIN, the same MasterMoney™ Debit Card and PIN, and the same credit card until that card expires. You will then receive a new American Midwest Bank card.
  7. Will you still have the same ATM locations?

    Yes. View now.
  8. Do I need to order new checks?

    No. ANBDC and AUBT customers can continue to use their checks until they run out. You will receive new American Midwest Bank checks when you reorder.
  9. Will you have new phone numbers?

    No. Our phone numbers will not change.
  10. Will you have a new website?

    Yes. Online banking will look and work the same as before.

    No. Payroll direct deposits will remain the same.
  15. Will my monthly checking account automatic debits change?

    No. Automatic debits will work the same.
  16. Will this affect my personal loan with ANBDC?

    No. There will be no change.
  17. Will this affect my business loan(s) or line(s) of credit with ANBDC?
